As a native Cascadian, MLS matches don't get much bigger than Seattle vs. Portland. It's when you take that game and put it in front of 60,000+ screaming and shouting supporters that the true passion of this rivalry shows its head.
Sunday afternoon in Seattle played stage to the most recent installment of the rivalry and as the matches always have been in front of a crowd this size, the Rave Green walked away with yet another win in front of the home support. Oba did Oba thing and MLS will have a hard time not putting Stefan Frei's name in every slot for Save of the Week with his stellar performance.
