PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2018 (S2): Burke-Gilroy made his S2 debut in a 4-0 loss to Fresno FC on June 2. The multi-faceted midfielder made 19 appearances, 14 of which were starts, after joining the USL side midway through the campaign. The Australian scored his first goal for S2 in a 3-0 win over Las Vegas Lights FC on July 26. Operating in box-to-box and attacking midfield roles, Burke-Gilroy tallied 16 key passes and three goals.

Burke-Gilroy signed with S2 on May 1, 2018 after playing for the Newcastle Jets A-League club as a full-time scholarship player. From January to June of 2017, he was on a six-month loan to club Academica Coimbra in Portugal.
