Clint Dempsey, Jordan Morris, Brad Evans and Ozzie Alonso among top 20 selling jerseys of 2016

A quick scan around Wednesday night's match at CenturyLink Field offered all you need to know about Seattle Sounders fans and their love of jerseys. Now the numbers prove it.

Major League Soccer released the list of best-selling jerseys thus far in 2016 on Friday and it comes as no surprise there are a few Sounders in the top 20. In just his first season in MLS, rookie Jordan Morris is the fourth best-selling jersey in the league, coming in above Steven Gerrard (5), Didier Drogba (7), Frank Lampard (9) and Robbie Keane (14), just to name a few. Morris is the only MLS Homegrown Player among the top 20.

Morris' teammates Clint Dempsey (2), Brad Evans (17) and Osvaldo Alonso (18) also made the top 20, which includes six players that represented the U.S. national team since last year's Gold Cup and 14 MLS Designated Players.
