- Defender Xavier Arreagamakes his first start for Sounders FC since signing last month, replacing the injured Kim Kee-hee (L knee pain). The Ecuadorian made his club debut as a substitute last weekend at Sporting Kansas City.
- Midfielder Gustav Svenssonreturns to the lineup for Sounders FC after missing the past six matches with a strained hamstring. Svensson’s last appearance came on April 24 at San Jose.
- With Nicolás Lodeiro suspended due to yellow card accumulation, Cristian Roldan occupies the attacking midfield role, flanked by Alex Roldan and Harry Shipp. Roldan is also wearing the captain’s armband for tonight’s match.
- Fresh off joining the team this week, defender / midfielder Joevin Jonesis available as a substitute this evening, making his first appearance in the 18 since signing with the club last month.
