Kaitlin Bailey enters her third season with the organization in 2020, and first season serving as Director of Brand Planning & Insights. Leading the Planning & Insights team, Bailey is tasked with driving business outcomes across acquisition, engagement and retention phases of the Sounders fan journey. Her team is focused on using data-informed insights to influence brand strategy and planning across departments.
Prior to joining Sounders FC, Bailey worked as the Sr. Marketing Manager for Cascade Designs Inc. where she spent seven years working in the e-commerce and digital marketing landscape. Bailey holds a bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University and two Graduate Certificates from the University of Washington. Outside of her passion for soccer, you can find her with skis on her feet in the winter or trail running in the mountains with her partner and dog year-round.
