A complimentary subscription to MLS Season Pass is included with your Alliance Membership. On February 1, your unique link and redemption instructions were sent via email.

Introducing the newly-redesigned Return Ticket Credit program. Our most fan-friendly benefits ever.

• What is the program? Members can now return up to 7 matches from their membership until 12:00 PM PT the day before a match for Return Ticket Credit. All returns are 100% variable value, allowing you ultimate flexibility when you cannot make a match.
• How does the program work? Members log into their Account Manager, select the match they want to receive Return Ticket Credit for, and press return. Members can also now return parking and Verizon Lounge food vouchers for credit.
• Where can you use Return Ticket Credit? The ticket value is returned to your account as Return Ticket Credit to use toward any 2023 ticketing products such as additional single match tickets, upgrades to premium seating or suites, group tickets, or the first round of additional competitions (playoffs, Leagues Cup, or CCL). New this year, you can use your Return Ticket Credit toward your 2024 Season Renewal.
• What limitations does Return Ticket Credit have? Your Return Ticket Credit must be applied towards ticketing purchases and cannot be used towards Parking, Concessions, or Retail purchases.
• When will I receive my Return Ticket Credit? Return Ticket Credit is added to your account within minutes of returning your tickets and you can use it almost immediately.
• When will my Return Ticket Credit Expire? This is not a refund. All Return Ticket Credit will expire at the end of the 2023 season.
• How do you upgrade to Suites, Premium, or Groups seating? Reach out directly to your Membership Executive or Customer Service to apply your Return Ticket Credit towards a suite, pitchside seats, group tickets, or other premium seating options.

• Create A Profile: Sign-in to customize your matchday experience, unlock features, and more.
• Connect To Your Ticketmaster Account: Connect to Account Manager to access your Pro Shop discount card, tickets, and future features prior for the 2023 season. Please note, you will be asked to create an app profile prior to logging into your Ticketmaster account. Once you connect your account, you will not be asked to sign in again.
• Enable Push Notifications: Make sure to turn on your push notifications to receive matchday alerts, personalized Alliance Member communication, and unique offers when you scan your ticket.
• Select Your Favorite Player: We'll customize your content and show you all the latest highlights, features and more once the season kicks off.

Ticket management is now available in Account Manager for Alliance Members for those accounts that are paid in full. The final payment date for payment plans was Friday, January 20. Ticket management includes the options to transfer, sell, return, upgrade or donate your tickets.

To Manage Your Tickets:

• Download the latest SFC App in your iOS or Google Play store.
• In the top right corner of the home screen, select the ticket icon.
• You will be asked to create a SFC App profile - this will allow us to customize your push notifications and membership for a more complete app experience. Please note, this can be the same or different than your Ticketmaster Account login.
• The next screen will ask you to connect your Ticketmaster Account to the app similar to the previous app.
• Once you've entered your Ticketmaster information, your account will connect and your tickets will populate within the app.

Within the app you can:

• Transfer or sell your tickets
• You will be able to transfer, sell, return or upgrade all within the app

Logging into Account Manager on a web browser you can:

• Return tickets
• Upgrade seats
• Donate your tickets

In 2023, matches within the Alliance Membership will continue to differ in price-per-match. This will empower our members to better understand the demand for each match, unlock additional benefits, increase flexibility for matches they cannot attend, and increase their ability to re-sell tickets.
