How To Manage Tickets

In order to create a safe and secure fan environment, all tickets for Seattle Sounders FC games at Lumen Field will be accessed via mobile device.
 
Mobile tickets for Season Ticket Members will be accessible via Account Manager on the Sounders FC mobile app, available in the App Store or Google Play Store. They will also be available on your phone’s web browser through Sounders FC Account Manager. Single-game buyers will be able to access their tickets through their Ticketmaster account or via the Sounders FC mobile app.
 

TICKETING PARTNER

For the 2021 season and beyond, Sounders FC has partnered with Ticketmaster to united under one ticketing platform at Lumen Field. 

Account Setup

First things first. The easiest way to manage, resell, forward and donate tickets is through the Sounders FC App.

Once you've downloaded it, follow the next steps for setting up your Sounders FC Ticketmaster Account here.

How to...

 Access Tickets

  1. Open the Sounders FC app, select the menu bar in the upper left corner
  2. Next, click on Account Manager
    • Already have a Sounders FC Ticketmaster Account? Select the 'Sign in to Seattle Sounders FC' option
    • Don't yet have a Sounders FC Ticketmaster account? Select the 'Sign in to Ticketmaster' option
  3. Once logged in, you'll see all upcoming events listed
  4. Select the event for which you'd like to manage tickets
  5. Your barcode for scanning into matches will be displayed here
 Transfer Tickets

See the above instructions for accessing your tickets. Once you've completed those steps, here's how you can transfer your tickets.

  1. Select the event for which you'd like to transfer your ticket(s) and click 'Transfer'
  2. You'll be prompted to select the seat(s) you would like to transfer from that specific match to another party
    • Note: For any physically distanced matches, any ticket management action taken must be taken for the entire pod
  3. Next, you will need to add recipient of the ticket(s); ensure email has been typed correctly and continue entering the recipients information
  4. Once complete click “Transfer”
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your transfers have been sent and another once your transferred ticket(s) have been accepted
 Receive Transferred Tickets

 

 

Has someone transferred a match ticket to you? Here's what steps you need to take to accept tickets.

  1. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email from Ticketmaster
  2. You'll be prompted to 'Accept Tickets' via the email
    • Note: The email itself is not your ticket
  3. Next, you will be directed to log-in to your Seattle Sounders FC account or create one if you don’t have one already
  4. After logging in your ticket(s) will be added to your account and you can view the barcode to scan into the match by clicking the seat location at the bottom of the page. You can also add to your mobile wallet if you prefer - see instructions below for the how-to.
  5. Once you've accepted the tickets, the person who made the transfer will receive a confirmation email notifying them that the transfer has been successful.
 Resell Tickets

See the above instructions for accessing your tickets. Once you've completed those steps, here's how you can resell your tickets.

  1. Select the event for which you'd like to sell your ticket(s) and click 'Sell'
  2. You'll be prompted to select the seat(s) you would like to sell from that specific match to another party
    • Note: For any physically distanced matches, any ticket management action taken must be taken for the entire pod
  3. At this point you will want to enter a 'price per ticket' that you want to sell at and click continue
  4. Enter how you’d like to receive your payout. Once confirmed the information listed is correct, click 'submit listing'
  5. You will receive an email with additional instructions once your listing has sold
 Donate Tickets

See the above instructions for accessing your tickets. Once you've completed those steps, this is how you can donate your tickets. Keep in mind: Please donate at least 3 business days before the event date. This allows the RAVE Foundation time to distribute tickets to the recipient

  1. Select the event for which you'd like to donate your ticket(s) and click 'Transfer'
  2. You'll be prompted to select the seat(s) you would like to donate from that specific match to another party
    • Note: For any physically distanced matches, any ticket management action taken must be taken for the entire pod
  3. Next, you will need to add recipient of the ticket(s). Under email, type 'RAVE@SoundersFC.com'.
  4. Once complete click 'Transfer'
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your donated tickets have been sent and another once your donated ticket(s) have been accepted.
 Add Tickets to my E-wallet

See the above instructions for accessing your tickets. Once you've completed those steps, here's how you can add tickets to your e-wallet.

  1. Select the event that you would like to add to e-wallet
  2. You'll be prompted to select the seat(s) listed under 'My Safetix' - select all that you would like to add to your e-wallet
  3. Click 'Add' 
    • Keep in mind: when viewing tickets in your e-wallet, no barcode will be displayed due to the Safetix feature

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Lumen Field provides accessible and wheelchair convertible seats located throughout the stadium in a variety of price levels and viewpoints. These seats are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessible seating and wheelchair locations are available on both a season and single match basis.
