Ticket Exchange

As a full Season Member, you can now trade in your ticket for one match in exchange for an additional ticket to a future match this season. To utilize your one exchange for the season, please contact the Membership Engagement team at 877-657-4625. For more information about eligible MLS season matches in your membership package, view Terms and Conditions.

Ticket Donation

You can donate your tickets through SeatGeek's online Account Manager to RAVE Foundation, the official charitable arm of Sounders FC. RAVE uses soccer as a vehicle to inspire youtha nd strengthen communicies. It removes barriers to participation on and off the field. RAVE will use these tickets to invite youth and families from local underserved communities to a Sounders FC match - in some cases, this will be the child's very first match.

How to donate

  1. Log into Account Manager and click on the match you would like to donate.
  2. Click “send”
    1. Input RAVE Foundation's email address: RAVE@SoundersFC.com
  3. Click "send ticket"

Tickets must be donated 72 hours in advance in order to be utilized.

 1. How do I become a Season Member?

Give our New Membership Team a call today to secure your seats at 877-657-4625. We offer a variety of seating environments and recommend working with our New Membership Team to make sure you find the right fit.

 2. What is 'Sounders 'Til I Die' Autorenewal?

Sounders FC Season Memberships are set up on an autorenewal process. You will receive an invoice during the renewal period detailing your purchase of your Season Membership. You will be given the opportunity to make any edits online or over the phone with the Membership Engagement team. If you do not need to make any changes to your membership, then you’re all set! On the first business day after the renewal period closes, we will charge the card on file for the first of 6 payments, unless you selected a smaller payment plan during the renewal period. If Sounders FC advances to playoffs, your seating location will be automatically reserved for all potential home matches. If you are unable to attend, you will have an opportunity to opt-out prior to the start of playoffs.

 3. How do I relocate or add seats to my membership package?

One of the benefits of your Season Membership is automatic enrollment into our seat relocation and additional seat process that takes place following the renewal period. You must renew your current seat location during the renewal period to participate in this process. You will receive an email with an assigned appointment time once the renewal process is complete. If you’re happy with your seats and don’t want to make any changes, simply ignore the email and your current seat location will remain on your account.

 4. Am I able to transfer ownership of my tickets?

During the renewal period, primary account holders can transfer ownership of tickets to individuals who are designated on their account or immediate family members. All account transfers must be completed by the end of the renewal period. No transfers will be permitted after the renewal period has closed. Legacy pricing is only transferrable to immediate family members (Season Ticket Account Holder’s spouse/domestic partner, parents/legal guardians, grandparents, siblings and/or children).  5. At what age does a child need their own ticket?

As soon as a child has their 3rd birthday, they are required to have their own ticket. Prior to his or her 3rd birthday, the child can attend a match without a ticket if the child sits on the parent’s lap.
