 1. How do I set up my account?
  • Go to the Sounders FC Ticketmaster Account Manager login page 
  • Sign in using the email associated with your Sounders FC Membership
  • You'll likely be prompted to reset your password
  • Follow the prompt, updating your information and adding your mailing address
  • Once you're logged in, you'll want to update your credit card information
    • Hover over your name in the top right corner and select 'My Account'
    • On the left side of the page, you'll see a menu: select 'Payment Options'
    • Once here, you can 'Add a card' - if you already have a card added, you have the option to edit it as     needed
 2. What do I do if I already have a Ticketmaster account?

If the email used for your current Ticketmaster account matches the email associated with your Sounders FC Membership, you will be able to merge your account

  • When you sign in, you'll be prompted to reset your password
  • Once you do so, you will have the option to update your contact information and mailing address

Once you're logged in, you'll want to check that you have a credit card on file

  • Hover over your name in the top right corner and select 'My Account'
  • On the left side of the page, you'll see a menu: select 'Payment Options'
  • Once here, you can 'Add a card' - if you already have a card added, you have the option to edit it as needed
 3. I'm logging in with my Ticketmaster account, but I can't see my Sounders FC Membership - why?
  • If you already have a Ticketmaster account but your TM email DOES NOT match the email associated with your Sounders FC Membership, you will not be able to access your Sounders FC Membership.
  • You will need to log into Ticketmaster using the email associated with your Sounders FC Account. You'll be prompted to reset / create a password.
  • You'll be prompted to fill out your contact information and mailing address.
  • Once you're logged in, you'll want to update your credit card information
    • Hover over your name in the top right corner and select 'My Account'
    • On the left side of the page, you'll see a menu: select 'Payment Options'
    • Once here, you can 'Add a card' - if you already have a card added, you have the option to edit it as needed
 4. When can I access my Sounders FC tickets?
  • We're hopeful that we will get to return to playing soccer in front of the best fans in MLS. Sounders FC will take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe matchday experience, following strict county and state protocols. If matches are unable to be played or we're required to host at a limited capacity, we will take care of each Member to ensure the full value of Membership is fulfilled - just as we did for our fans in 2020.
  • Tickets will be available to manage once it's deemed safe for fans to return to Lumen Field for matchday. We'll keep you in the loop as protocols change.
 5. How do I update my credit card information?
  • First, you'll need to log in to your Sounders FC Ticketmaster Account Manager here
  • Once you're logged in, hover over your name in the top right corner and select 'My Account'
  • On the left side of the page, you'll see a menu: select 'Payment Options'
  • Once here, you can 'Add a card' - if you already have a card added, you have the option to edit it as needed
 6. My mailing address has changed - how do I update it?
  • Updating your mailing address will allow us to mail your membership package prior to the season. Follow the steps below:
    • First, you'll need to log in to your Sounders FC Ticketmaster Account Manager here
    • Once you're logged in, hover over your name in the top right corner and select 'My Account'
      • On the left side of the page, you'll see a menu: select 'Edit profile'
      • Here you can update your mailing address
 7. How can I access Account Manager on my web browser?

You can use this link.

 8. How can I access Account Manager and my tickets via the Sounders FC App?
  • We recommend completing this via web browser on your computer or phone. Ticket management will be available via the App as we get closer to the 2021 season
 9. How can I assign a Seat Designee?
  • We plan to provide updates and an opportunity to add your Seat Designees to your account as we get closer to the season. This opportunity will be around the time that your tickets become available to manage.
 10. Where can I access Rewards and Experiences?
  • We are excited to be able to continue to offer exclusive opportunities to our Alliance Members! We are currently evaluating what opportunities we will be able to offer our Alliance Members in 2021 and will keep you informed when we can.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

CenturyLink Field provides accessible and wheelchair convertible seats located throughout the stadium in a variety of price levels and viewpoints. These seats are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessible seating and wheelchair locations are available on both a season and single match basis.
