What you need to know about autorenewals.

You’re enrolled in the Sounders FC Autorenewal program which means once you receive your invoice you will have the opportunity to review it and submit your Membership preferences.

If you don’t take action, you’ll be set up on our extended six-month payment plan and your credit card will be automatically charged for the first installment.

How does autorenewal work

You will receive a link to your invoice typically mid-summer via email. Please look at the renewal information and make sure everything is correct. If everything is correct, you do not need to do anything - you will automatically be renewed for your Alliance Membership for the following season.

We will charge your card for the first installment and set you up on the payment plan that you select. If you need to make any edits, feel free to do so on your invoice and we will take care of the rest before payments process.

If you do not want to join us for next season, simply fill out the cancellation form on your personalized landing page or contact the number below once the renewal period begins. We will release your seats and cancel payments.

How can I change or purchase additional season tickets or relocate my seats for the upcoming season?

Once you renew and your first payment has processed, you are automatically enrolled in our seat relocation and additional seat process.

Usually in September, you will receive an email with an online appointment time to view available seats. Then, you will have the opportunity to relocate or purchase additional memberships during your appointment.

If you would like to reduce the number of seats in your membership, you must do so before the first payment is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible during the renewal period at the contact information below.

If you’re happy with your seats and don’t want to make any changes, simply ignore the email and your current seat location will remain on your account.

What are my payment options?

We offer extended financing options for our Alliance Memberships, which is the primary reason we launch this process in August. We want to provide as much time as possible for our members to finance their tickets. More information on specific payment plans will be available once the next Renewals process begins.
