As a full Season Ticket Member, you can now trade in your ticket for one match in exchange for an additional ticket to a future match this season. What is ‘Sounders ‘Til I Die’ Autorenewal?
Sounders FC Season Ticket Memberships are set up on an autorenewal process. You will receive an invoice in August detailing your purchase of your season membership. You will have one month to make any edits online or over the phone with your membership engagement representative. If you do not need to make any changes to your invoice, then you’re all set! On the first business day of September, we will charge the card on file for the first of 6 payments, unless you select otherwise. If Sounders FC advances to playoffs, your seating location will be automatically reserved for all potential home matches. If you are unable to attend, you will have an opportunity to opt-out in October.
How do I relocate or add seats to my membership package?
One of the benefits of your season membership is automatic enrollment into our seat relocation and additional seat process that takes place following renewals in September. You must renew your current seat location to participate in this process. You will receive an email with an assigned appointment time once the renewal process is complete. If you’re happy with your seats and don’t want to make any changes, simply ignore the email and your current seat location will remain.
Am I able to transfer ownership of my tickets?
During the renewal process beginning on the first business day in August, primary account holders can transfer ownership of tickets to individuals who are designated on their account or immediate family members. All account transfers must be completed by the renewal deadline, September 1. No transfers will be permitted after this date. Legacy pricing is only transferrable to immediate family members (Season Ticket Account Holder’s spouse/domestic partner, parents/legal guardians, grandparents, siblings and/or children). At what age does a child need their own ticket?
As soon as a child has their 3rd birthday, they are required to have their own ticket. Prior to his or her 3rd birthday, the child can attend a match without a ticket if the child sits on the parent’s lap.
