I am a season ticket member. Will these items be available to me? 

A limited quantity of each bobblehead will be available to members. More details to come.

How will I redeem my item at the stadium?

You will receive an email 1-2 days prior to the match with instructions and locations for pick up. Most items should be picked up prior to kick off, so plan ahead!

How will I redeem my concessions at the stadium?

You will receive an email 1-2 days prior to the match with instructions and locations for pick up. To pick up hot dogs and beers you will be given a location where you will check in prior to picking up your concessions. You will need valid ID at the stadium to purchase or pick up any alcoholic beverages. 

I don’t see any seats open in an offer?

Be sure to let the page load after you select a section. Sometimes this takes a few seconds. If you still do not see seats, check a different open section. Bright green dots indicate open seats. 

I’d like to purchase for a group of 10 or more. How do I do that?

We’d be happy to help you purchase for your group. Please reach out to grouptickets@soundersfc.com to explore all of our fantastic group options. 

I’d like to buy an item without a ticket. Is this possible?

This is not currently possible. Items seen here are only available through these great packages. 

I missed an item. Will there be another chance to buy it?

At this time we don’t expect to offer items bundles more than once unless you see the item again on this page with a different date.
