The Sounders FC boasts one of the most passionate and diverse selection of supporters in Major League Soccer and is proud to recognize the following four official supporter groups - Emerald City Supporters, Gorilla FC, North End Faithful and Eastside Supporters.

EMERALD CITY SUPPORTERS

WHO ARE THE EMERALD CITY SUPPORTERS?

Emerald City Supporters (ECS) are a group of independent supporters of Seattle Sounders FC. Our aim is to support our team and to create a good atmosphere in the stadium. The vision is that the ECS becomes an umbrella organization that incorporates supporter subgroups of all persuasions. If you are thinking of starting a group or need help please contact us via email (ecs@weareecs.com). Or you can just stand with the ECS without starting a subgroup.

HOW DO I JOIN?

Easy. During the season just show up in our section at CenturyLink Field. We will stand in the south end general admission sections 121-123, also nicknamed the Brougham End. Before home games a lot of us will also gather at Fuel, a bar just a couple of blocks north of CenturyLink Field. During the off-season, sign up on our discussion forum and attend one of the off-season events that will be announced there.

WHAT IS OUR HISTORY?

The ECS was formed in 2005. Back then we supported the now defunct Seattle Sounders of the USL Division 1. We look at Seattle Sounders FC as a direct continuation of the same soccer tradition that the USL club was a part of.

WELCOME SOUNDERS FC SUPPORTERS: GORILLA FOOTBALL COLLECTIVE

Gorilla Football Collective (GFC) supports Seattle Sounders FC. GFC utilizes passion for soccer as a vehicle to deliver support to our Puget Sound community.

Section 120 is GFC’s stadium home during Seattle Sounders games at CenturyLink Field. For Sounders 2 games at Starfire, Gorilla FC will be in section 203, directly behind the player bench. In addition to our designated sections in both stadiums, members of Gorilla FC “sit where they please” and #GoApe for our Sounders from wherever they are!

We are an antifa (anti-fascist) supporter’s group. We are opposed to acts of racism, sexism and homophobia. Every fan of the Sounders is welcome within our community and we accept all who support with us.

Civic Tickets will continue to recognize amazing charitable and non-profit organizations throughout the 2015 Sounders season. As GFC’s thank you to proud partners within the Puget Sounder community, and through your generous support, we are able to provide two club level seats for Sounders FC games and tickets in section 203 for Sounders 2 games to many deserving charity and non-profit organizations. The energy of a Sounders game day is unrivaled in sports and the pinnacle experience of our supporter community. Hosting our civic minded partners at Sounders games through the CIVic Tickets program completes the motto featured on our GFC crest: Glory, Fellowship, Community.

North End Faithful

North End Faithful (NEF) is a Sounders FC supporter group located in the north end of Lumen Field. If you loved the Frankenstein tifo on Halloween 2010; if you thought the streamers were great at the 2010 USOC final; if you like to stand, chant, sing, wave flags, create tifo, and generally create a positive, intense atmosphere, NEF is the group for you!

MISSION STATEMENT

To fill the north end of Lumen Field with the loudest, proudest, and most faithful fans of Sounders FC. With the use of chants, drums, flags, streamers, confetti, and banners, we promise to cheer on our beloved Sounders FC and rattle the nerves of our opponents when they are in the north end of Lumen.

LOCATION

North end of Lumen Field, including not only the north end zone, but the north ends of both the east and west sides of Lumen as well.

EXPECTATIONS

You can expect members of NEF to be standing the entire match, while chanting, jumping, drumming, waving flags, hanging banners, all in an effort to create a positive yet intense atmosphere. You also can also expect NEF to host pre- and post-match celebrations for home matches, as well as organizing viewings and traveling support for away matches. EASTSIDE SUPPORTERS

ABOUT US

Eastside Supporters was established in 2010 and is recognized by the Sounders FC and the Alliance Council as an official Sounders Supporters Group.

Started by four friends who were tired of traveling to “sports” bars for away matches, only to find the Sounders’ game missing, Eastside Supporters formed in order to bring fans and families together while the team is away. Though Sounders fans from all cities are always welcome, ESS sought to build a vibrant viewing experience on the Eastside.

This season, that experience will take place at Tavern Hall at Bellevue Square, an official Sounders FC bar. Providing large viewing areas appropriate for both families and the more boisterous, Tavern Hall is a great space to bring all the energy of Lumen Field when our boys are on the road.

ESS has also partnered with Snoqualmie Brewing to bring fans 405 Kolsch, our first ESS beer! Snoqualmie Brewing and Taphouse may also serve as a guest venue for special matches or events. Look for the 405 Kolsch throughout Lumen on game day.

At home games, you can find Eastside Supporters sitting throughout the stadium, but look for the 405 banner hanging in the Green Zone.

To have a fun, family-friendly, club that watches and supports the Sounders FC during all home and away matches.

MEMBERSHIP

2016 Membership to Eastside Supporters is $25 for a single membership or $50 for a family.
