Matchday A to Z Guide

Lumen Field and Sounders FC staff are here to help you get the most out of your matchday. Before you go, make sure you know the resources available to you on matchday.

A-OK and Sensory Room

Autism Toolkits: Fans can pick up a toolkit at the SW Guest SErvices location on the West Field Plaza, just south of The Pro Shop. The toolkits include noise cancelling headphones, ear plugs, sensory toys, a detailed schedule to help keep track of the game and an “I’M A-OK” identifier lanyard. The I’M A-OK symbol will help Sounders FC fans recognize that a person has autism and give them an opportunity to help or simply be more patient, if necessary.

Sensory Room: Lumen Field has the A-OK Sensory Room for fans with autism, sensory challenges or PTSD who may be feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated. The sensory room is located at Guest Services on the SW Field Plaza. Children using the room must be accompanied by an adult.

Cashless Stadium

Lumen Field only accepts cards (no cash or check). Learn more about what this means for purchases and our cash-to-card kiosks here.

Charging Stations

For your convenience, there are mobile phone charging stations available throughout Lumen Field. These charging stations have a wide variety of adapters for many mobile devices. The individual must remain with the device while it charges.

Customer Service

Sounders FC and Lumen Field staff are available during the entirety of the match to provide you directions or answer any questions you may have. Our customer service and Guest Services locations are below.

Guest Services locations:

  • Field level: Across from Section 130 & 140 and in the North Plaza
  • Main Concourse: Across from Sections 100 & 127
  • Delta Sky360 Club Level: Concierge desk located at the Verizon Lounge in the south end of Club Level
  • Upper Concourse: Across from section 318

Our Guest Services locations provide the following services:

  • Stroller check
  • Lost and found
  • Family Finder program
  • Comment cards and feedback
  • Public telephones
  • First Sounders FC match certificates
  • Designated Driver Program: The “Good Sport” program, sponsored by Anheuser-Busch and First & Goal Hospitality, is part of Lumen Field’s commitment to public and fan safety. Under the Designated Driver program, one person from a group attending the game volunteers to refrain from drinking alcohol and is responsible for providing transportation for the rest of the group. Drinking Fountains and Water Bottle Refill Stations

Drinking fountains are located near the restrooms on all levels of Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center. On the Delta Sky360 Club Level there are 4 double fountains, on the Main Concourse there are 16, and on the Field Level there are 6. There are also water bottle refill stations at the following locations:

  • Field Plaza, Section 137
  • South Main, Section 126

Elevators

The stadium is equipped with two elevators in each of the northeast, northwest, and southwest corners of the stadium, providing service to the main levels of the facility. Elevators are also located at the north and south ends of the parking garage, as well as the southeast corner of the Lumen Field Event Center.

Elevator service priority is given to guests with accessibility needs, followed by Delta Sky360 Club Level and suite ticket holders. Please be mindful of elevator line procedures in the lobbies.

First Aid Stations

For guest safety and convenience there are several first aid stations located throughout Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center. In an emergency, please notify the nearest Lumen Field staff member for assistance and directions to these first aid stations. First aid stations can be found in the following locations:

  • Main Concourse: Sections 103, 119 & 141
  • Delta Sky360 Club Level: SW Concourse across from Suite 26
  • Suite Level: SW Concourse across from Suite 36
  • Upper Concourse: Sections 300 & 326

Automatic External Defibrillators (AED’s) are located throughout the facility.

Lost and Found (Guest Services Locations)

During the Sounders FC match, you can check at any Guest Services location to see if your item has been located.

After the event, you may fill out this form (Lumen Field - Stadium Guide: Lost & Found) to inquire if your item has been found.

Lost items are only held for 30 days. Lost and Found Phone: 206-381-7544.

The Lost and Found staff will secure all found items and make every effort to research and locate potential owners. You may arrange for the return of items by:

  • On-site pickup: If you properly identify items, you may arrange to pick them up during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We require picture ID at time of pick up.
  • Federal Express: With approved credit cards or a FedEx account, the Lost and Found Office can prepare items for shipment Monday – Friday before 3:30 p.m.
  • U.S. Mail: The Lost and Found Office can return small items via U.S. Mail, if you forward a self-stamped mailing container to the Lost and Found Office.

Membership Central

You can speak with a Sounders FC representative about membership benefits and ticket information at Membership Central, located on the West Field Plaza, outside of Section 130.

If you have any inquiries outside of matchday, you can contact Sounders FC Customer Service by calling/texting (877) 657-4625 or emailing customerservice@soundersfc.com Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located throughout Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center and are all ADA-compliant. Family restrooms with baby-changing tables and chairs for nursing are also available on the Main Concourse at sections 118 & 126, in the Delta Sky360 Club level at sections 212, 215, 222 & 232, in the Suite Level across from Suite 36, and in the upper level at sections 302, 315, 322 & 343.

Stadium Security Policies

The Pro Shop

The Pro Shop is the official store of Seattle Sounders FC. The flagship store is located on the West Field Plaza, but there are pop up shops throughout the stadium. Pick up your first scarf, create a collection of Rave Green jerseys or find Sounders swag for your little one. Season members receive a 15% discount by showing their digital pass, The Pro Shop Discount Card, located on their Sounders FC app within Account Manager.

Tickets Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy: No refunds will be given on any ticket purchases. All sales are final. Our season memberships offer flexible ticket management options in case if you cannot attend certain matches.

Rescheduling Policy: Should any Event or Events be rescheduled for any reason, any valid, unused, issued ticket shall either be honored for the new Event date, time, location and/or opponent or the ticket shall be re-issued by Sounders FC to the Original Purchaser for the new Event date, time, location and/or opponent, at Sounders FC’s exclusive discretion and control. No ticket for a Rescheduled Event shall be eligible for a Refund. All Ticket Purchasers shall automatically have the new Event date, time, location and/or opponent loaded into their Account, Ticket Agent Account Manager, or to their Mobile Ticketing stored ticket in the Seattle Sounders FC Mobile Application but may need to update the pass stored in their device’s “passbook” or “wallet” feature as the case may be. Should Sounders FC determine, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to reissue tickets for the Rescheduled Event, all reissued tickets will be sent to the address on file for the Original Purchaser, for all seats associated with that Account. Sounders FC is not responsible for shipping, forwarding or otherwise distributing reissued tickets to Secondary Purchasers or recipients of a Ticket Transfer who would not automatically receive these updates.

Cancellation Policy: Should an Event be Cancelled and not Rescheduled for any reason, the following shall apply. An Original Purchaser of a Single Match Purchase shall automatically receive a Refund for the Cancelled match. An Original Purchaser of a Mini-Plan Purchase shall receive a Refund pro-rata for the match that is Cancelled. Neither Single Match Purchases or Mini-Plan Purchases are eligible for credit on account or exchange. Secondary Purchasers shall have no right to receive a Refund or credit for any cancelled matches from Sounders FC, and Sounders FC shall have no obligation whatsoever to Secondary Purchasers for a Cancelled Event. Refunds for Season Ticket Original Purchasers and Mini Plan Purchasers shall be governed by the Sounders FC Season Ticket Terms and Conditions.

Visiting Supporters

Opposing team supporters are encouraged to sit within the designated supporter section. That section is arranged through Sounders FC and the visiting team’s front office and/or supporter groups. Visiting supporters sit in either section 203 or 300, depending on the size of the group.
